During my recent business trip to Baku, my director chose Premier Palace for our accommodation. The hotel offers a health club, indoor pool, and sauna, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation after a long day of work. These facilities greatly enhanced my stay at the hotel, ensuring I had plenty of options to unwind and destress.
Despite the enjoyable amenities, I did encounter a minor issue.

Our recent stay was an excellent experience. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and came with an abundance of charging points, in-room fridge and kettle. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect - housekeeping was attentive and the restaurant staff provided recommendations and helped accommodate dietary restrictions at breakfast. the pool/sauna/steam area was equally impressive.
There was some noise from the maintenance team during the day, and noises from the other guests late at night could also be heard.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting and was impressed by the range of facilities and services available. The hotel catered well to both business travelers and tourists, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff was attentive and the amenities were top-notch, making my trip a smooth and enjoyable experience.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Having a designated space with all the necessary equipment would have made it easier for me to work efficiently during my stay.

During our recent stay at Premier Palace, we were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. The assistant manager, Mr. Kareem, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to the city center. We appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the spaciousness of our room. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool, sauna, and steam area were clean and relaxing. we had a great experience at Premier Palace.
It was a bit concerning when someone knocked on our room's door at 3 AM. Although we went outside, there was nobody there. Additionally, the walls in our room were quite thin, making it difficult to sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms.
