We just wrapped up an amazing week celebrating our anniversary at this fantastic hotel. The indoor swimming pool and spa treatments really helped us relax and unwind. Just a small thing, we noticed a few areas could use a little updating, but it didn’t dampen our spirits. 😊

I loved the beautifully decorated, spacious room and the incredible Antrikot Kabab in the dining area! The staff's warmth made our stay truly special. I'd definitely come back again!

The spa & wellness centre was my favorite part—so relaxing! 🌟 However, breakfast could've used better variety—only a limited selection. Overall, nice stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The interiors were stunning, and the proximity to many city attractions made exploring easy. The staff was incredibly hospitable, even upgrading us to a royal suite for free! While the breakfast options were good, a bit more variety would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the overall experience felt overpriced, with rooms presenting multiple issues like peeling wallpapers and unclean windows. The bathroom mixed cold and lukewarm water, which was a real downside, while the mini-fridge proved useless due to its unplugged status and poor outlet accessibility. Further, when utilizing the gym or pool, asking for lights to be turned on became a hassle. Additionally, pricing for snacks felt quite stingy, and the lack of a 'Do Not Disturb' sign only added to the sense of being unprepared. Overall, it seemed like they were aiming for luxury, but missed the mark by a long shot.

During my stay, I appreciated the helpful staff who offered advice at the reception. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was served as a set, which worked fine for me. My stay was overall enjoyable and accommodating.

I recently stayed for two nights and loved how close I was to the Holy Myrrhbearers Cathedral, which is just a short walk away, as well as the stunning Zorge Park, perfect for leisurely walks in nature.

I stayed in the Standard Double or Twin Room for 4 nights. It was super comfy with a really nice bed that promised great nights of sleep. The room was spacious and had some cool views from the window. However, the bathroom wasn't as perfect as I'd hoped. The cleanliness could've been better, and the water was often a bit cold. But overall, it was still a nice spot to relax between exploring Baku.
